Lillie Brody MHC-LP
As a trauma-informed mental health counselor, I specialize in addressing disordered eating, body image concerns, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship issues. In therapy, I guide you through self-exploration to understand how your past influences your identity, behavior, and self-perception. You shouldn't have to endure pain and self-criticism alone—I'm here to actively collaborate with you, not just passively listen. My approach is supportive, empathetic, and free of judgment, creating a safe environment where you can confront challenging emotions and discover your inner resilience.
At the core, we all seek meaning, mastery, purpose, belonging, and hope. Overcoming internal barriers is key to achieving these aspirations. I firmly believe therapy should be tailored to your individual needs and preferences, which is why I embrace an integrative, holistic approach. Whether you're navigating major life changes or grappling with mental health issues, I'm committed to guiding you toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
My clients often praise my ability to craft personalized treatment plans that lead to tangible progress. Recognizing that each person is unique, I delve beneath the surface to address underlying issues. By shedding light on unspoken concerns, we can take significant strides toward lasting change. Together, we'll tackle your internal struggles, paving the way for personal growth and empowering you to make positive changes in your life.

enjoy reading one fiction and one non-fiction book at a time! This year, I have especially enjoyed reading Aubrey Gordon's books and immersing myself in literature related to combating anti-fat bias and exploring the negative impact and false messages surrounding diet culture. In terms of fiction books, I am currently reading the Fourth Wing series!
